They Hate You

Genesis 37-5-11
Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him all the more. He said to them, “Listen to this dream I had: We were binding sheaves of grain out in the field when suddenly my sheaf rose and stood upright, while your sheaves gathered around mine and bowed down to it.”His brothers said to him, “Do you intend to reign over us? Will you actually rule us?” And they hated him all the more because of his dream and what he had said.then he had another dream, and he told it to his brothers. “Listen,” he said, “I had another dream, and this time the sun and moon and eleven stars were bowing down to me.”10 When he told his father as well as his brothers, his father rebuked him and said, “What is this dream you had? Will your mother and I and your brothers actually come and bow down to the ground before you?” 11 His brothers were jealous of him, but his father kept the matter in mind.

In a perfect world situation everybody craves to be loved, to be admired, to be celebrated, to be adored, to be appreciated, and to be validated as much as to be affirmed.

So what happens if you walk through the world and you do not partake of none of all the aforementioned, does it mean that your world is void of perfection or something is utterly wrong with you.

As a shofar mandated  by God Almighty to transmit to generations the Zion Sound of Victory, Glory, and Honor in the name of Jesus Christ.

Allow me to  make this proclamation: The reason why some people most especially your close relatives will not celebrate, admire, adore, appreciate, validate, and affirm you for who God has appointed you to be and for who God has anointed you is simply because they HATE YOU.

It’s not what you expected from your family, and friends, you expected and anticipated better from them.

Organically, your friends and family should be at the forefront of celebrating, and appreciating your anointing in God, but you look around in the terraces and in the bleachers , at the back and at the front, and to your dismay your friends and family are not around to cheer you.

And you ask why they never showed, they never showed because they HATE YOU.

Yes! They hate you and I know it’s a discomforting realization but they hate you.

They hate you in the same measure that Joseph’s brothers hated him when his dream revealed to them of his future happiness and prosperity, and they began to plot for his demise.

They were motivated to plot his demise because of the envy they held for his accomplishments and pending achievements.

People hate you because you so accomplished and your achievements remind them of their less accomplishment and under achievements.

They hate you because it will kill them for God to bless you and because it’s inevitable for God to not bless you.

Some people in fact have to die for God to bless you because even if they would live to see the blessing of God on your life.

Some people will be grieved because your blessings are above them.

When God is getting ready to bless you bigger than your imagination some things have to die in your life, some relationships have to die because they cannot dwell and stand under the weight of the glory of God on your life.

Some people will not validate your gift and the blessing of God on your life because it reminds them of how inferior they are to you.

They are hoping and praying that nothing God has promised you will never come to pass because they are not able to live with the fact that you are blessed.

The more scorn and hatred people pour unto you the more mercy, and grace God pours unto you.

I’m gifted and people can deny it but they cannot change it.

Joseph’s dreams were to the benefit of his brothers but they still hated him for his dream.

At this junction, the people who hate and envy you for what God has promised do not even realize that they are equal benefactors of the promise and the anointing one your life.

Some people do not like you, they resent you, and they are offended by the clarity and the articulation of your voice and the activity of the same.

They hate you not because of what you have on now but because of the future prosperity that has been laid-up for you.

And whatever they do to cut you off , to deny you that opportunity, whatever they do to shut the door of happiness in your face, Its only setting you up to get closer to the happiness that only God can give and no man can block.

They hate you because of the Joy that God has laid before you.

Your future prosperity annoys many, that they can’t even affirm your greatness, and validate your uniqueness in the present.

They ought to be greatest and loudest cheerleaders, and quarter-backs because when God’s promise and dreams come to pass, they will partake equally in your enjoyment as great benefactors.

God judged you and found you to be more worthy of his tangible glory upon the earth, So that they may never arise anymore occasion for judgment in your life, but for him to show and pour his mercy on you all the more.

So the more people hate you the more mercy of God is poured unto you.

When men despise you, the mercy of God will defend you.

When Joseph’s brothers plotted to kill Joseph, Reuben which means “mercy of God” intervened on Joseph’s behalf so that he would not be killed.

He convinced them to throw Joseph in a pit planning to rescue him after the brothers were not present. But in his absence Judah which means “thanksgiving/praise” plotted to sell Joseph to the descendants of Ishmael.

It’s interesting right here, because in the New Testament they were a man called Judas Iscariot, he was a disciple of Jesus.

In fact he was in charge of the treasury; he followed Jesus for material benefit and not for spiritual benefit.

He hoped that while in Jerusalem, Jesus would overthrow the government and the colonial powers of the Romans and then upon assuming government power, Jesus could make Judas Iscariot the minister in charge of finance, an occasion that would afford him all that he ever desired in life.

To his utter chagrin, when Jesus arrived in Jerusalem, Judas found out that his hopes were far from truth, he found out that Jesus was not about a physical government to rule over people but about a spiritual government whose mandate was to win souls and to lead people in the salvation plan of God.

A plan that ensures a life of righteousness, prosperity, upon the earth, Once Judah discovered that they was no money at the table to take home from Jesus’-led mission, he  resorted to the opportunity of betraying Jesus in exchange for money.

For him money was more important than serving the mantle of God.

Judas sold Jesus out but before he sold him out, he had to market Jesus to his haters, meaning that he has to first and foremost highlight the benefits of paying for Jesus’ betrayal to his haters, so the name Judah apart from meaning praise also means to market and sale a product so as for it to be exchanged for money.

The fundamental reason why God appointed the descendants of the tribe of Judah to govern over Israel and all the children of God both Jews and gentiles is because of their ability to praise God effectively.
Praise is marketing God as a consumable to the world so that people can discover the benefit of coming into relationship with God in the

Look At Me

Acts 3:9
3One day Peter and John were going up to the temple at the time of prayer—at three in the afternoon. Now a man who was lame from birth was being carried to the temple gate called Beautiful, where he was put every day to beg from those going into the temple courts. When he saw Peter and John about to enter, he asked them for money. Peter looked straight at him, as did John. Then Peter said, “Look at us!” So the man gave them his attention, expecting to get something from them.
Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.” Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up, and instantly the man’s feet and ankles became strong. He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God. When all the people saw him walking and praising God, 10 they recognized him as the same man who used to sit begging at the temple gate called Beautiful, and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.

In our daily struggles to get by and by it’s a common occurrence to look at so many prospects that present themselves with the propensity to facilitate the fulfillment of our dreams, goals, visions, desires, and assignment.

However if you can honestly agree with me, most of the things that we have looked to and look on to facilitate our dreams, goals, visions, desires, and assignment have many times than not fallen short of our expectations.

And hence leaving us wounded and disappointment and what will I say about disappointment.

Disappointment is only but an illusion-it’s the negative response against expectations unmet.

Disappointment can be overcome and conquered not by managing your expectations but by actually scanning new opportunities in the very place where your expectations have not been fulfilled.

For instance when you enter into a restaurant that claims to offer the most delicious Italian pizza around town and it turns out after testing the pizza that the restaurant’s claim is far from the truth.

What do you do? Instead of storming out of the restaurant all in regret, see an opportunity of actually opening up your own restaurant that offers the real Italian pizza test.

Sometimes moments of disappointment can actually be an opportunity for us to make areal-time impact and a difference in your life and the life of some one else.

In the portion of the scripture above, “There is a man sited at the Beautiful Gate annexed to the entrance of the Temple of the living God-my dear friends the temple of the living God in  this very regard is symbolic to the presence of God.

This man was born crippled in fact he is carried and placed at the gate to beg alms.

He is crippled because he can’t make progress in life except by the help of someone else.

He needs some one else to carry him to a place where people can give him alms so that he can survive for a day and another.

The focus of his life is to survive today and tomorrow and he understands,” I can only look at men and look up to their alms I will survive”.

And the problem that has almost eluded his attention is that no amount of alms can be able to allow him to walk into his dreams, to walk in his visions and to walk towards his goals, and to be able to accomplish the same.

This is important for every one of you who has a dream, a vision, a goal, and an assignment that is logically crazy and ridiculous.

And men of ordinary stature keep on saying, “How in this world can that be and come to pass, seeing that you have no money to facilitate your big dreams?

Some times you do not respond even though you feel like you should but because you have no words to explain what you feel, because what you feel is a divine persuasion in forming you that somehow and some day the dream of your life will come to pass.

And when it comes to pass, your dream will change the course of history, and how things will be done in the future.

So you wake up early in the morning having mustered a little strength for the life of you and you begin moving and walking towards your dreams, your goals, your vision, and the assignment of your life.

Some shallow people around you call you crazy, insane, and ridiculous; some have even stopped you in your trucks and asked you the question,

”Do not you have some thing better to do with your life? Why do not you go become a lawyer, a taxi driver, an entrepreneur, a real estate agent, a distributor of trading merchandise, or an accountant?
Some times you have an answer for them, and sometimes you have no answer for the people who think your dream is not worth pursuing.
Deep down your heart you have an answer but you do not even know how to articulate it for them because they won’t even understand that ,”one thing has  your heart desired and that is to dwell in the house of the presence of God/ the temple of God, so as to behold of his beauty and wondrous works.
The lame/crippled man had a desire, he had a dream he had an assignment, and he had a vision, and his vision was in the house of God but not out of the house of God.

His longing was to dwell in the presence of God; I know this because the moment he was lifted up from his state of non-progress and from the state of cripple-ness, he went into the temple with peter, and John jumping and praising God.

His desire was not in the market place, not in the streets but in the house of God, and if it was not in the house of God then after the moment of his miracle he would have gone somewhere else other than the temple.

His desire was always in the temple but the problem was that he was always looking at the wrong people to help him into his desire, dream, aspiration, goals and in the place of his assignment.

And because he was looking at the wrong people to facilitate him in the course of fulfilling his dreams and assignments, he eventually found himself stuck-up, being unable to make no progress in his daily endeavors, and in the fulfillment of his personal goals, and desires.

He was getting money but he needed something more than money to shift him from his dilemma to the place of his joy and total fulfillment.

Whether you understand it or not-Joy and total fulfillment are expressed when you can come to a place

where you can jump up on your feet, and start walking around and praising God.

He was looking at men for gold and silver for alms so that he can fill his stomach.

It’s a different thing to be able to fill your stomach with food to being able to fill your heart with joy and fulfillment.

Pure and total joy as much as total fulfillment comes when you are walking in your dreams, goals, and assignment.

Not in eating, and drinking….I remember the last day of the Battle of Gifted Tongues 2010-by the time I was done with everything that had to be done on that last day.

I WENT BACK HOME WITH NO MONEY IN MY POCKETS NOT EVEN TO AFFORD  a decent, and sensible meal but I was full of joy and fulfillment because I was finally walking, and operating with impact, and making a different within the context of my dream, and in the vision that God has laid upon my heart.

People can help you as far as surviving today and tomorrow but when you look at God for help, and survival he will sustain you for a life time.

Look at God even when things seem hopeless, look at God even when times are hard, look at God even when things are falling apart, look at God even when the threat of failure and disappointment is staring you in the face without blinking an eye.

Look at God and soon or later he will speak a word of strength into your spirit aligning with your soul and eventually your flesh.

And while you still looking at God, his word of strength and power will begin to shift everything that has been hindering your progress in the fulfillment of your dreams, visions, aspirations, vision.

Look at God and men will look up to you to direct their sight and faith unto the things of God.

As they desire what God is doing in your life to be done in their lives.

In looking to Peter, and John, the man at the beautiful Gate was not merely looking at ordinary men but at the anointing of God and God himself.

When you look at God his anointing which is indicative of his power and strength will transcend into your life.

So as to shift you from the place of stagnation to the place where things will work for you and move in your favor because it’s the strength of God that can facilitate your dream, vision, goals, and assignment.

God Speak To Me

1 Samuel 3:10
10 The Lord came and stood there, calling as at the other times, “Samuel! Samuel!”
Then Samuel said, “Speak, for your servant is listening.”

For God to speak to you they needs to be an occasion for prayer in your life, prayer is that which is designed by God not for you to talk to God but for God to speak to your circumstance, situation, and predicament and as well as to speak to you.

Prayer is when God is speaking to you, and in order for you to get to a place for God to speak to you they is a need to avail yourself to the fundamental will of God.

God cannot speak to you if you do not make yourself available.
When God speaks to you he speaks guidance, he speaks instruction, he speaks direction, he speaks power, he speaks change, he speaks hope, he speaks faith, he speaks leadership, he speaks provision, he speaks healing, and he speaks wisdom, knowledge, and understanding.

In the process of prayer God requires us to offer him praise, Praise puts God in a comfortable place with you, and from praise God requires us to offer him worship.

Worship moves God, it invites God to get up from his comfort zone so as to rise up to the occasion of your need, problem, circumstance, and situation.

And after God moves then he expects us to require him to speak as we hear his voice/sound speaking to us and to the situation that is pulling us into the dungeons of despair and drawing us into the theater of stress.

See my dear friends you cannot sit comfortably in the theater of stress after God has spoken to you.
Sometimes God will not speak to you but he will speak to your circumstance and return back in the same moment of time, and tell you that “it’s all well, it’s all good, and things are going to be alright

Why? It’s going to be well, it’s going to be good, it’s going to be alright because God has spoken to the situation and the circumstance shifted immediately after you gave him the praise and immediately after you worshiped him from the core of your belly to his presence.
It makes much more than a difference when God speaks to you.

Immediately after God speaks to you, you begin to see what you have never seen before; you begin to do what you have never done before because when God speaks doors that were inaccessible to you, they become accessible.

When God speaks dead stuff come back to life, dreams become real, the impossible becomes possible.
