From Disaster to Glory

ohn 12:23-Jesus replied,” now the time has come for the son of man to enter into his glory” . Luke 24:26-“wasn’t it clearly predicated that the messiah would have to suffer all these things before entering his glory”.)

The performance of the work of God brings forth the spirit of God. The performance of the spirit of God brings forth the power of God.

The performance of the power of God brings forth the glory of God.

The performance the glory of God brings forth the victory of God.

The performance of the victory of God brings forth the honor of God.

When Jesus arrived in Jerusalem he was somewhat excited because Jerusalem was symbolic of the place where he was going to be glorified by the LORD God.

However even though Jerusalem was supposed to be the place of Jesus’ greatest glory, Somehow before Jesus experience d his greatest glory on the face of the earth he was interfaced by a great crisis and a disastrous event known to history as crucifixion.

 But none the less in the process of crucifixion and in the event of great tribulation, and pain, glory was to be born.

And the glory that was to be born was resurrection and salvation.

Out of the disaster of the cross man was reconciled to God.

 When God speaks his word of knowledge to your spirit he does not just merely have it spoken.

But God speaks his word after he has tested and proven it.

When God speaks he does not speak from the left dimension, not from the centre dimension but he rather speaks from the right dimension.

The right dimension is symbolic of the future and what is coming ahead.

While the left dimension is symbolic of the past and center dimension is symbolic of the present.

Conversely God speaks from the position of your future but many times than not we hear the voice of God from the center dimension or from the present time of our life.

God prepares a future for you and stands in your future and reveals his performance to your spirit in the present day of your life.

Everything that is contesting against what God promised and prepared for your life may be happening today but before it contested against your life , God saw it, overlooked it even before he revealed the promise because he knew that nothing can stop his word from being fulfilled.

The word of God was tested and proven before it came to your awareness.

And nothing under the sun can dismiss or disqualify the word of God.

The more they dismiss it the more power it performs.

The mechanism by which God tests and proves his word is by way of fire.

God only speaks to you a word of knowledge after his word has overcome every manner of obstacles, opposition, and disaster.

The day you received the word of God was the day when his word had finished overcoming.

When his word passed the test, then God released his word unto you.

 The bible decrees that many are the plans of men but only the plan of God shall stand.

Sometimes when you go through a lot for the sake of the revelation of God that you received when nobody was present but when it was between you and God all you need to do is to hold unto he word and you will overcome.

My dear friends, every now and then God gives you an audience, he speaks a word of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding unto your spirit so that you can be awakened unto his plan for your life.

The plan of God for your life is the means through which God establishes his will upon the earth.

The earth is the LORD’s and hence the fullness thereof.

  

Nothing goes on in the earth without the awareness of God but at the end of the day the plan of God is that which will stand.

  

It was the plan of God for Jesus to be born of a virgin, and before he was born God had revealed that Jesus will be born of a virgin.

  

It was the plan of God for Jesus to suffer and to die on the cross and then be resurrected by the power of the Holy Spirit after three days.

When the Virgin Mary gets pregnant of child it seems as if it’s a disaster because he gets in conflict with his friends, family, and even with Joseph.

 It’s a crisis in the natural but in the spirit it’s not a disaster but the glory of God.

Consequently we ought to understand that before Jesus died there was a word that was revealed in the cosmos to men, that Jesus would suffer and after three days he will be resurrected after three days.

The word came and passed, the event that the word spoke about came and it passed and amidst of everything confusion arose.

 It arose among those who followed Jesus from Galilee to Jerusalem.

They were confused because to them  Jerusalem was supposed to be the most glorious point in the life of their hero-Jesus Christ- but to their chagrin Jesus was instead exposed to great suffering.

However what they did not consider was in the fact that before Jesus came upon the earth, he had a conversation with God-his father-and the conversation was of such “go into the earth and glorify me, and be an example among all men”.

 My friends it was very crucial and important for Jesus to come and glorify God in the earth because man had failed to do so even though it was what God created man for.

Man was created to glorify God in the earth but man failed after the fall of Adam.

This is the reason why God created man on the sixth day-to glorify God.

So when Jesus came on the earth he glorified God to the example of all me.

And after glorifying God obviously God was pleased and then Jesus requested God, “Father glorifies your son because your son has glorified you.

 Normally you would expect that if God was pleased with Jesus then he would reward him with joy but ironically God responds to Jesus by exposing him to the cross.

The cross was painful not joyful, so it’s possible that after you have walked in the will of God to his glory then instead of experience great joy, you experience great pain and disaster.

It’s so because many times than not when you put everything in spiritual consideration God reveals his glory for your life in the pain you experience after glorifying his name.

It’s important to suffer after glorifying God so that when his glory is revealed people do not have to bear the burden of thinking that you had something to do with it.

Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead and everyone knew he had something to do with it.

But he would not resurrect himself from the dead but only the spirit of God did so in order for us to come to a level of understanding that only God had something to do with it.

when Jesus goes to the cross, It looks like everything that he has worked for has ended up in shame and in a state of total disaster but because the disaster was predicted before he suffered it then it meant that he was predestined to surmount and overcome the greatest disaster of his lifetime in total glory.

The word had gone on the cross to hell and then back on the earth after three days even before Jesus ever came on the earth in flesh.

So when Jesus goes on the cross, to hell and then back on the earth it’s the word of God is guiding, directing, and leading him gloriously so that he can eventually come out with victory.

There is a group of people who have done everything that God has instructed but instead of receiving joy things have all gone from bad, to worse, and now you are in the middle of a disaster but if you can only renew your mind from seeing your situation as a disaster and understand that God is in the process of turning your disaster into his glory then you will know that your disaster is God’s way of glorifying you in the earth.
